Alex,

It seems that at least ns_register_proc is firing at the correct url, but the 
proc itself isn't found. So here is an idea:

register the same url, but use this proc ns_returnredirect:

ns_register_proc GET /test/ ns_returnredirect /ws/

You have to provide some following url to redirect to, even if it doesn't 
exist. This might flag something very strange. I am running 4.5 from cvs, and 
I use ns_register_proc. I have run the above code, and it works as expected.
