Hi. The Apache server has not hung (at least, in the same way it did in the early beta versions) for me since the late beta versions.
However, when any kind of server error occurs on NT, it seems that the process gets hung up. After awhile, these accumulate and the server hangs. With a reasonable amount of use, this can result in the need for the server to be rebooted daily. (By the way, a server error can occur when too many requests happen in too short a time, so it is not simply a matter of using cleaner code.) Is there a way to kill these hung processes or not hang them when the error occurs, so that it is not necessary to continually reboot the machine?
