I am using NT Server and IE 5.0 and I don't see this
problem. What's the CPU utilization during a transfer?
Which process is using the most CPU? What sort of
throughput rates are you seeing? How is ths source drive 
formatted (NTFS or FAT)? The target drive? Are you running
Apache as a service or via the command line?
