My Internet connection is made on 10MB UTP LAN trough RAPTOR Eagle Firewall

Proxy not work correctly for CONNECT metod at SSL requests.
No errors is given. A timed-out error is displayed on Web browser.
At access.log are writen an following:

Create a two proxy servers and request SSL page to SECOND server, using FIRST 
proxy as gateway to Internet.
