windows 98, apache 1.3.11 and use gcc 2.8.1 to compile my c CGIs

i got a premature end of script of in my error.log file, but i've use a correct
printf ("Content-Type: text/html\n\n"); line in my .c file,
also if i execute the exe file it works perfectly, i've added logging to a file
inside my cgi
but the log file didn't create, that means that .exe file is not being executed
