I dunno that I'd call it an "IETF document" unless the reference was to 
somewhere at www.ietf.org (I suppose I'd handle a link to ds.internic.net 
or ftp.isi.edu :).  That doc is also really at 
<URL:http://www.netscape.com/newsref/std/tunneling_ssl.html>, and it's 
also set to expire in 7 days. (!)
