Modified: pthreads/src/include scoreboard.h
pthreads/src/main Makefile.tmpl http_main.c
Added: pthreads/src/main scoreboard.c
Log:
Extracted out scoreboard logic for different OS's. This required changing
some
static variables to non-static. I am not sure about this change, but this
patch
is important, because it puts back in the logic for OS's that use scoreboards
different than Linux, so I am commiting this, and I will modify it later if I
decide this patch is a bad idea. I would move on and think about this a bit
before committing it, but other's need this patch to play with the code.

* <sys/mman.h> in QNX defines MAP_ANON, but current implementation
* does NOT support BSD style anonymous mapping. So, the order of

*
* I tested this stuff and it works fine for me, but if it provides
* trouble for you, just comment out USE_MMAP_SCOREBOARD in QNX section
