Modified: apr/time/win32 time.c Log: Fix a bug in the Windows ap_timediff function. Win32 doesn't use a rationale time slice for their internal representation, not seconds, not milliseconds, not even nanoseconds. No, Windows uses 100-nanosecond blocks to represent their times. Ugh.
