I see that the mailing lists are following RFC 2369 (which is the basis
for Cloos' procmail recipe). Can we get a tweak to the ezmlm software to
insert a List-Id header, per this draft:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-chandhok-listid-04.txt
That would be "the best way" to identify a list for filtering.
