For anyone who's not aware, as a temporary thing until we get the real
websites up we've aliased the main apachecon site onto the archive one and
set a new homepage on it. This site is stored in svn, and deployed with
svn pubsub. The site lives at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/apachecon/archive.apachecon.com
