I just made some reviews and was amazed by how it's easy to review and vote.
Congrats for those who selected this software/tool!
Unfortunately, for some reasons (I guess permission?), when selecting a talk I don't see towards top a button with drop-downs
which
would allow me to select a status. If it's not a permissoins issue, how could I
miss it? I guess it's a dropdown menu with text
options? I don't see any, nor any special button (I tried hard to find it,
believe me, seems well hidden ;o)

Following this allows you (in the "Reviews"

Do you still want to have a track at ApacheCon? There have been 10 different
submissions for your proposed track, so there's

new volunteer:

The volunteer(s) to review/select talks should:
* Sign up for an account on the www.apachecon.eu website
* Email [email protected] to say you'll be helping with OfBiz, and
let us know the email address you signed up with
* We'll grant you review karma, so you can see the proposed talks for your
track and rate them
* ASAP after that, you email planners@ with the list of the talks you want
to accept, and the backup talk. We can then handle notifying the
speakers etc

re-assign the space to one of the other tracks
