If Charles only LANDS at 10 am them moving his talk to 11:15 (which I have already done) would be less than satisfactory.
Since I am unfamiliar with the technical content I rely on the track chairs (with support fro the rest of the community) to guide me in further schedule changes, which I will happily implement when asked.
