Hi. Now I am really confused. 30May I got an email from you stating you would make a FLINK track, and since then you have been on the program committee for "apacheCon: CORE". http://wiki.apache.org/apachecon/FrontPage
Based on the number of mails I have received from FLINK, there seems to be some confusion among the PMC also. Currently Project FLINK is registred to produce a full track (6 presentations) for "apacheCON: CORE". If the PMC feels the project is better located in "apache: Big data", then we remove the track, and you still have to submit presentations to the CFP. I am in no way specialist in project FLINK, so I cannot determine which event is better for the project, the PMC knows that. Please make sure your community uses the correct CFP (CORE or Big Data) to be sure we do not loose valuable presentations. rgds jan i.
