Hello and good day, We are running APE for some time already. Our server using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS server edition, and we build APE from Git version on 2nd April 2010. This problem actually also happened from the beginning until last couple of weeks and seems not happened anymore after that. But, when we change to a new machine last week, this problem happened again.
For the first days we deploy APE, it was running smoothly without problem. Our clients received pushed messages from the server in their browser. However, in the third day, it seems just stop sending messages. Our log showed that even new users can log in and connect to the APE, getting users session and can join channels. But, when we are pushing message to them, after getting the channel to be sent the message, it just kind of stop processing the request, did not return anything even though the server is still running. When we restart the server, it return to operate normally. We are going to try to download the latest revision from Git, but want to know how to deal with this problem if it happen again. Is there any suggestions? And how do we debug the APE server to find out and fix the part causing the problem ?
