I've been trying to get this up and running all day yesterday with little to no success. Does anyone use APE with a GoDaddy VDS that can help me with the settings?
Just in case there isn't let me detail some intricacies with GoDaddy that is causing issues... 1) You cannot enter wildcards for DNS aliases... so entering '*.ape IN CNAME ....' is not possible. It is possible to set this up as an 'A (Host)' but not as an alias. 2) I can pass all tests except for the frequency one, which tries to generate '0.www.mysite.com:6969' 3) GoDaddy's httpd.conf file is not the most straight forward either -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "APE Project" group.
