Nicolas, At some point i did reached out to the mysac author but he inferred that APE server devs needed to update the library implementation. If I find the email i'll include it here.
As for using the production server to test recompiles I would not recommend it. You know you could run multiple APE instances from the same server, just need to bind them to different ports.
