You are correct in saying that these are the improvements we'd like to see
in Bengali-English language pair. However, I think targeting all of them
for GSoC might be a bit impractical given the timeframe.
And you need to consider a few more things, e.g. during the last GSoC,
adding transfer rules was a bit hampered by the incorrect English PoS
tagging, if I remember correctly.
I'd like to see a bit specific and realistic goals and timeframes for them.
We can discuss it in IRC and/or Gmail if you want. I'd try to stay online.
