I'm all for a public support address, with an open policy. I would be
nice to have a graded response of "apertium-support", maybe to
apertium-stuff, then (maybe, if it concerns policy) to PMC.

But on this issue: from what I see on IRC, sushain seems quite happy
to provide support... support from the developer is generally better.
If there are enough interested parties (on the (potential) support
end), maybe it needs its own list?
