apertium-fr-es has failed nightly build for about a week with errors such

'pardef': Duplicate key-sequence ['v/erter__vblex'] in unique
identity-constraint 'pardef-unique'.
Someone that knows Spanish, please install latest lttoolbox/apertium and
deduplicate the pardefs.
apertium-ukr has also failed for about a week, with error
