Dear Apertiumers:

Tomorrow, November 3, is the deadline for us to apply to be a Google Code-In
2015 [1] organization, as we have been for the past few years.

We should be part of it. But your help is needed for a successful application
tomorrow.

Here is what we expect you to do:

(1) If you have not been part of Google Code-In yet, please volunteer. Propose
tasks in the ideas webpage [2] and add yourself as menu tor to new and existing
tasks, and tell the list you will be part of it. Then, if we are selected, we
will add you as mentors to the system and you will start receiving mails when
students claim a task: you have to help them finish it, and certify they have
finished it.

(2) If you have been part of Google Code-In and don't want to be part of it
this year, go to the ideas webpage and remove your names from tasks. The list
of people that were involved last year: Firespeaker, mlforcada, xavivars,
ilnar.salimzyan, bech, jimregan, unhammer, nikant, tunedal, fulup, juanpabl,
youssefsan, raveesh, pankajsharma, sereni, Francis Tyers, trondr, ksnmi.

(3) If you have been part of Google Code-In and want to be part of it this
year, edit the ideas page [2] to add ideas, or add yourself to existing ideas.

(4) Those of you who were admins last time (Jonathan North Washington, Kevin
Brubeck Unhammer), please confirm you will be this year (Wewill). If you have
time, take a look at the current application [3] and improve it.

All of this has to be done before tomorrow at 12:00 UTC (13:00 CET). We will
submit between 14:00 CET and 17:00 CET.

We look forward to your participation and apologize for the late request.

Best regards,

Mikel L. Forcada and Francis Tyers
