I'd like to help about this Apertium issue in the OmegaT list. Is there any 
easy fix?

That's a bummer. It looks like OmegaT 4.x mirrors only a limited set of 
versioned files from a repository mapped to "/", to {project_folder}. I 
tried with a number of other files too, but they don't make it from 
{project_folder}/.repositories/{repository} to {project_folder} during 
syncs.

Well, it's a totally different topic for a separate thread. I'll write 
back if I find a work-around.

I have the same issue. They must have changed something on the Apertium server.

In the meantime, you can use the offline Apertium plugin:
