Dear Sambit, I would have liked it very much if your proposal contained a bit of information about how Odia differs from English, and, if there is data in Apertium for a language related to Odia, more information on how to reuse the data there (e.g., if Odia is similar to X, and there is an X-Eng pair, perhaps you could reuse some of the rules there).
I suspect that just one week for structural transfer rules is insufficient. Also, are there any Odia resources that you can use to add words? What is going to be your strategy to decide which 7000 words you will add? I hope you have time to complete your proposal in time!
