Hello all,

I would like to become a mentor for this years GCI which I guess we are
participating.
I Have worked on "Automatic blank handling" under Unhammer in GSoC'17, and
have a good idea about the workflow of Apertium packages.

Please let me know the procedure/steps for the same.
