Is postchunkOut.txt the output of t3x? (You're using it as the input
argument of apertium-transfer -n.)

You could try running with -t to show which rules fired, or bisect the
file (remove half of the rules, see if it still is stuck, if not, remove
the other half, recursively until you find the rule that's messing
things up), or try if the problem is still there in an earlier version
of the t4x.
