Hi Mansur, If you're looking to use bleeding-edge Tatar tools from Apertium, you can also try http://turkic.apertium.org . I just brought it up-to-date with nightly packaging.
Note that there are a few Turkic modules that haven't made it into nightly packaging yet, and there are a few issues with localisation. The former is part of what Tino is currently working on. So things will probably be improving rather quickly going forward. But do feel free to continue to report issues you notice.
