We chose OFTC because it's an established network and has Debian's
channels. We wish all the best for Libera.chat and hope they'll
continue the best of the spirit that once inhabited Freenode. Many
of us will be on both OFTC and Libera.
The wiki and website has been updated to point people towards OFTC.
Git repos will be updated soon.
