Both SSDs on dev.apertium.org are experiencing multiple bad blocks, so I'll be wiping and refreshing that machine.
Bad blocks may have something to do with being run in mdadm RAID0 without trim/discard for years, leaving the SSDs with no free blocks to ever reallocate into. I've certainly never seen this many and sudden errors across multiple devices before. After fstrim, first drive went from 8 to 3 bad blocks, and second from 25 to 12. But the damage is done - have to fully wipe, trim, test again, and maybe reprovision.
