Defense of Obama's natural born status - Virginia (3rd state) Here is a well-written legalese defense of Obama's natural-born status, however, it includes a claim that Judge Stout never heard the case. (I certainly wouldn't expect any newspaper to have carried the story, true or not.)
It does make some hard to believe claims, e.g. the Hawiian COLB was presented in Stout's court. This runs contra to everything I've read on, and posted to, the Internet. If true, why hasn't this news gotten to the courts in Pennsylvania and California, hmmm? Judge for yourself. Or, better yet, contact the courthouse. But if it isn't presented to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Souter by Dec. 1, as he requested, all bets are off.
