What you don't understand is: a Constitutional Convention cannot pass
anything. Nothing.
Secondly, attendees are chosen at the state level, not in the
unconstitutional 10 miles square Capitol.
Third, nothing will become effective until 3/4 of the states ratify
what the Con Con thought was a good idea
And finally, this is the way our Founding Fathers designed it. They
weren't as dumb as you seem to think.
