Dear Governor, I writing this letter to you because I am very concerned about the direction in which this administration is heading our nation. I understand that a lot of States are passing laws to support and defend their own State Soveriegnty. The United States Supreme Court stated in Printz v. United States, 521US 98 (1997), that, "The Congress cannot compel the States to uphold ANY federal regulations." This is a very important opinion of the United States Supreme Court in the support and defence of State Soveriegnty. I hope this information is helpful to all States fightng for Liberty.
