supports/influences for elections) on to the APNIC EC.

There’s a long story about Mr Lu Heng and AFRINIC, and the APNIC community
should know about it.
Lu Heng uses “Larus” in Asia Pacific but his company in Afrinic region is Cloud
Innovations.
Cloud Innovation has 6 million++ AFRINIC IPs, and rents them to networks around
the world, mostly outside Africa. Cloud Innovation broke the AFRINIC service
agreement because IPs are allocated to responsible network operators, not to
brokers who sell or rent to almost any other people including criminals.
When AFRINIC announced to take the IPs back, Cloud Innovation sued them and
blocked their banking for months to cause most damage. Last month Cloud
Innovation lost the courts case, now we hope AFRINIC will take the IPs back
again for proper use for people in Africa.
Lu Heng has been paying young people to attend AFRINIC meeting to support him,
through “Larus Foundation” fellowship, which is just a lie. He sues AFRINIC
community people for defaming him in mailing lists, just to make them shut up.
He is no friend, he is fighting Afrinic any way that he can.
AFRINIC is not perfect but its getting better. Mr Lu Heng is breaking the
rules and costing a LOT of money and trouble for AFRINIC members and other Rirs
too.
Lu Heng is working only for himself, never for the internet. He should not be
allowed to join APNIC EC.
