It seems like your response was poorly informed. I think you’re skirting
around the issue and are just highlighting the “good” parts (assuming there
is still any left that doesn’t include the decisions of legal
jurisprudence). I already thought that this issue is done, with AFRINIC’s
suspended CEO stepping down due to his mismanagement of the RIR, but it
seems like he has still fooled some of you. Paul, interference with
Mauritius’ sovereignty, or with any other countries for that matter, is a
potentially deeply serious offence whether directly or indirectly. AFRINIC
was, unfortunately, guilty of this: it has been proven time and again and
the decision was held by the courts. So please, don’t dig yourself (or*
APNIC*) a deeper grave.
