Online voting for the APNIC Executive Council (EC) election will close
on Thursday, 27 February 2025 at 14:30 (UTC +8).

The Electoral Committee is responsible for determining the eligibility
of nominees and their compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Who can vote
-----------------
Only Corporate Contacts and Authorized Contacts with voting rights can
vote in the election.
Corporate Contacts can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy
appointment closes on Tuesday, 25 February 2025 at 09:30 (UTC +8).
Please note, if a proxy is appointed, the Member's Corporate Contact
will lose the right to vote directly for the APNIC EC election.
Individuals who are appointed as proxies will receive email notification
of their appointment and will be able to vote online via MyAPNIC during
the AGM on Thursday, 27 February 2025 from 09:30 to 14:30 (UTC +8).
How to vote
---------------
To vote, login to MyAPNIC using two-factor authentication and click the
‘Vote Now’ link on the dashboard. This will give you access to the
BigPulse voting interface.

Please be aware, you cannot change or withdraw your vote, or appoint a
proxy, after your vote has been submitted.
