While it may not be in a JSON format, you can use REx
(https://rex.apnic.net/resources?economy=apnic&rir=apnic&nir=cnnic,idnic,irinn,jpnic,krnic,twnic,vnnic&allocationType=ipv4,ipv6,asn)
to export in a CSV format all of the delegations made by APNIC, then use Excel
to filter out all of the non-NIR delegations. This may give you what you're
looking for.
