Dear Community Members,
This is a final reminder that the nomination period for the following positions
will close on Tuesday, 2 September 2025 at 17:30 (UTC+10):
* Policy SIG Chair (one position)
* Policy SIG Co-Chair (one position)
* NIR SIG Chair (one position)
* Cooperation SIG Chair (one position)
* Routing Security SIG Chair (one position)
How to nominate
---------------
Nominations and self-nominations may be submitted using the online
form:
https://conference.apnic.net/60/elections/sigs/nominations/
Who can be nominated
--------------------
Any individual residing within the Asia Pacific region may be nominated,
except staff members of any Regional Internet Registry (RIR).
Self-nominations are permitted.
The nominee must meet the following two eligibility criteria:
1. Registered and attending the current conference in person. The
attendee must be checked-in at the registration desk at any time
from the start of the conference until 10.00am (conference local
time) on the final day of the conference.
Deadline is 10:00 (UTC +7), Thursday, 11 September 2025.
2. Registered and attended at least one of the immediate past eight
APRICOT or APNIC standalone conferences (not including the
current conference):
* APNIC 59 with APRICOT 2025 in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
* APNIC 58 in Wellington, New Zealand
* APNIC 57 with APRICOT 2024 in Bangkok
* APNIC 56 in Kyoto
* APNIC 55 with APRICOT 2023 in Manila, Philippines
* APNIC 54 in Singapore
* APNIC 53 Online
* APNIC 52 Online
