XmlBeans.validate() and XmlAny types

We need to do a test to make sure that the XmlObject.validate method returns
true when there is an xml any in the xml....
I noticed that when validating a notification from IBM that the validation
method was having issues with any types....
I just want to be sure this is the case, if so we need to figure out a way to
deal with this since many things will allow any types....
