Very good to hear about this latest Apollo extension enabling direct 
writing/reading to Chado databases.
With the Apollo2Go web service adapter all other databases could be set up to 
write/read directly to/from Apollo as well which would be a nice extra feature 
I think.
The Apollo2Go source code can be found at:

Hi Manuel,

Could you point me to the source for your extension?  I'll read the
paper to get a better understanding of what it does.  For your
information, Apollo now supports direct reading and writing to Chado
databases, allowing for community annotation and removing the
intermediate step of writing to a file and then loading them separately.
