Sorry to spam apollo list again
We use Apollo version 1.9.6 connected to chado database
Actions:
1- change an ATG position in a Gene already edited at the time we run
Apollo (in the central blue panel),
the new ATG is displayed in the editing panel, it is also displayed
in the exon editor.
2- save in chado database
3- close Apollo
4- reopen apollo
=> the ATG position has not been updated in chado
If I save as gff3 file the ATG position is saved.
remark: we kept an old development version 1.6.6 (from Olivier Arnaiz
who help su to set up our first Apollo connected to chado) and it
works for this topic
Any idea ??
