I would like to know, the reasons why the line :
seq.setName(featLocImp.getTopLevelFeatName());
in package apollo.dataadpater.chado.jdbc in class
ParameciumDBChadoInstance.java is commented since Apollo1.9.7.
When decommented this line, incrementation after drag and drop gene to
editing panel is good for us,
(BofuT4P0009001374001-userName)
in the current Apollo version incrementation is
BofuT4G0010000001001-userName, and if we edited many genes
incrementation is the same for all genes edited. So, when I want to
save in db I have error.
