Hi Kevin,

If you installed Apollo using the installer and wanted to run it from
the command line and get all log information to stdout, you'll need to
run Apollo from:

$APOLLO_ROOT/bin/apollo

I'm guessing you're in a *nix system, correct?  If so,
$APOLLO_ROOT/apollo will use the installer executable, which is set to
log to files in the logs directory.
