To whom it may concern,

For my project I have several different EST files that I would like to import
into one GAME file. However, they all originate from the same source (i.e.
BLASTn non-mouse and non-human ESTs) and thus I would like to separate them
into individual tiers in order to differentiate their color. To do this, I have
attempted to alter my own tiers file and create tiers for each other them. I
have been able to create such tiers and have them listed under the options for
layering new analysis results (i.e. under the Computational analysis results ->
BLAST -> Tier listing) and the first of my added tiers in the tier file loads
correctly. However, the subsequent files (even though they are listed under the
choices as separate tiers) are still loaded onto that first tier (and thus they
remain clumped together). (I'm sorry if this is confusing; I was not sure of
the best way to explain the problem). Is it possible that I am missing a
command at the end of my file text, or should I be doing something else? (When
I change the order of the tiers, the new first one becomes the header, which
caused me to think it was command error).

Thanks for your help,

Sincerely,
Kristine Karkoska
