In fact: both of your suggestions work as expected.
It is true that somehow the AA sequence information does not load.
However, I am happy I can see something at all!
Hm, that's strange. I thought I committed this fix last night. Did
you check out the cvs HEAD or version 1.11.0? If the former then
maybe my patch didn't make it in there somehow.
I checked out HEAD- About 4 hours ago or so.
