Hi Jim, I'm forwarding your email to the Apollo list, as I believe that is the GMOD component that currently uses Jalview.
Thanks for responding, Dave C ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: James Procter <[email protected]> Date: Tue, Aug 25, 2009 at 2:29 AM Subject: Re: [GMOD-devel] CVS to SVN Conversion, 2009/09/15 To: [email protected] Cc: Hilmar Lapp <[email protected]>, "David P. Clements" <[email protected]>, GMOD Developers <[email protected]> Hello Hilmar, David, et al. Thanks for cc'ing me in to the conversation. As far as we are aware, the Jalview source in GMOD was a snapshot - we have had no real contact with anyone from GMOD during my time on Jalview and haven't made any contributions to the jalview module in the codebase. If anyone is interested in refreshing the Jalview/GMOD 'special relationship' then please email. We will be starting a new round of development shortly, so now is the time to discuss such things - in particular, we will probably provide Jalview bundles via a maven repository, which may simplify GMOD dependency management. all the best Jim.
