Hi all,
I am hoping to annotate SNP in GFF3 and having it displayed in Apollo. i.e. I
have a reference genome and some sequence assembly that are mapped to the
reference genome. In those sequence assembly, there exists SNPs. How do I
represent this appropriately so that the information could be nicely shown in
Apollo.
I have attached a naive way of mine. I believe there certainly exists better
way. i.e. I am think the "Parent" attribute should be used in column 9
(attributes) of SNP to associate SNPs with the assembly. Also, I am currently
using "region" for the column 3 (type) for those assembly but I believe there
should exist a better SO term to use.
I wonder if anyone has already done it or have any suggestion/advice on how to
get it done. Thanks!
Regards,Ah Fu
