Apollo does not display CDS information provided by gene predictors but calculates the longest ORF, instead. CDS data provided by gene predictors are ignored. I would think that Apollo should display predicted CDS, especially since contemporary gene predictors are often being trained to deal with specific genomes and might do a better job than just invoking the longest ORF. Users could then still have the option to invoke Apollo's 'Calculate longest ORF' utility if they'd wish to.
