I don't like these profiles, but understand why we have them. I'm okay with the documentation change as well as the addition of the usr.sbin.apache2 profile for apache 2.4, but we shouldn't kill the 2.2 and prior version, as we intend to support platforms where apache 2.2 is the default version available.
