Nearly correct - except that AppArmor.pm isn't used by those tools ;-)
(aa-exec and aa-notify "only" need libapparmor, aa-decode just has one 
line of inline perl)

So the correct text would be something like
(don't pin me down on the version number, but it's old enough not to 
cause any trouble and therefore isn't worth to check with Perl 5.9 ;-)

    Some utilities (aa-exec, aa-notify and aa-decode) require 
    Perl 5.10.1 or newer.
