I spent a little time on you site. One suggestion I have is to have more cross-links. For instance, there doesn't seem to be any obvious way to navigate from the sales area back to the general info area. I would put a link to 'home' on (nearly) every page. Usually those general navigation links go at the top or on the upper left margin.
