Jun 19, 2003 02:04 from Scalar Actually, for the Apple II models that do not include the mini-assembler in ROM, you can still access it if you have an Apple DOS 3.3 System Master
The System Master will load Integer BASIC into high memory ($D000-$F7FF), on a II+ with a language card or a IIe with 64k of memory. The catch is that you cannot access it while running Applesoft/FP BASIC. You must switch to Integer BASIC to access its included mini-assembler. ]CALL -151 *F666G * (does nothing) ^C ]INT >CALL -151 *F666G ! I am not familiar with this assembler. Just hitting a return will not get you out of it. I don't know if the commands are identical to the version included with an Enhanced IIe, either.. :) [Antique And Older Computers> msg #24018 Steve Conrad 810 Main Henrietta, MO 64036 816-494-5692 http://sasha91.0pi.com www.fortunecity.com/rivendell/stonekeep/600 It is no secret (nor should it come as any surprise) that humankind's most noble impulses often surface during the most trying of times, that human spirit rises to the challenge when faced with adversity, that human strength is born from human failings...Is it any wonder, then, that the SDF-1 crew became a tighter family after the fortress had been exiled than it had before?
