Hey folks...

I'm not sure how many people are a part of this list, but hopefully there
are some left.

I've recently been getting back into using my Apple IIGS and I've been
trying to find lots of good software for it. I noticed that just recently,
the Apple IIGS Gaming Memory Fairway has disappeared. Anyone know why, and
if it will ever return?

Also, I'm wondering what software for the IIGS has become abandonware
nowadays. I am interested in obtaining the *full* version of Lemmings
(*not* the Demo) among other things. Does the author(s) of Lemmings still
sell copies of the software, or has it become abandonware? Where would I
even attempt to contact the author(s) to obtain a copy? I'd be willing to
pay a couple bucks for a copy, if needed.

I'm also looking for a copy of the old MECC game Oregon Trail. I used to
play this game as a kid, but my floppy no longer works. I know one of the
Apple ][ FTP archives has lots and lots of MECC disk images (I think it's
the Asimov one) but it seems that Oregon Trail is the only one they're
missing. Anyone out there have a disk image they could send me?

I'm looking for a good version of LOGO-- doesn't have to be IIGS-specific.

Finally, does anyone have an Apple II joystick they don't want anymore? I
have a wide variety of second hand and thrift stores in my area that usually
have mounds of old computer hardware but I have yet to see a joystick that
will plug into an Apple. I even see Commodore and Atari joysticks on a
regular basis, which seems odd to me, as at least half of old Apple II
programs require a joystick. You would think finding one wouldn't be too
hard.

That does it for now. Thanks in advance, and I may be back soon with some
hardware questions. :)

-Nat
